The package didn't include the Qan(T), only the mod pieces which includes a different backpack and the GN sword IV.

I suppose others got this add-on piece from Dengki hobby special, not sure if it's still available though. Else, some hobby shop might be selling (with or without book), you might need to look for a assemble guide if there is no book included. Not really worth the price, but it is something rare. Looks good too.
